Job summary

The Multicraft Partner position at Kimberly-Clark in Warren, OH focuses on inspecting, repairing, and fine-tuning high-speed manufacturing equipment within a High-Performance Work System. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and contribute to maintenance practices that keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Pre-employment assessment, drug and background screening.
• PAT medical/physical test pre-hire.
• Experience with SAP and MES is preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to standards.
• Ability to work in a High-Performance Work Team culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety as the top priority and operate heavy equipment when required.
• Troubleshoot asset operating equipment to maximize uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Build capability within the Multicraft area and mentor teammates.
• Participate in a self-directed work team system and provide meaningful feedback.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Uphold standards through daily accountability and continuous improvement.
