Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional customer service and accurate transaction processing at our branch. You will identify customer needs, promote banking solutions, and support daily operations, including vaults and ATMs, while guiding customers on digital tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Up to 2 years of customer service experience required.
Experience in retail banking or cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects Associated Bank's brand promise.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures.
Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions.
Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
