Applegreen USA seeks a Plaza Director to manage day-to-day operations and long-term profitability of a multi‑million-dollar travel plaza along a major highway. Lead a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service and meet financial targets.

You will drive operational performance, ensure food and beverage concepts meet brand standards, and foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability across the plaza leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit leadership and big-box operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities to meet sales, speed, and service goals.
• Monitor progress and implement changes to maximize profitability.
• Ensure each food/beverage concept meets brand standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain plaza leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
