Applegreen Group is seeking a Plaza Director to oversee a high-traffic travel plaza along a major highway in the United States. You will drive profitability, lead a dedicated team, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards and food quality.

The role requires strong leadership across multiple units, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership.
• Flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift at least 20 pounds, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Monitor progress toward financial targets and implement strategic changes to maximize performance and profitability.
• Ensure food and beverage concepts adhere to brand standards across the plaza.
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and professional development.
