Responsibilities

• Manage store operations across multiple units if assigned

• Oversee visual merchandising and store cleanliness to drive sales
• Ensure omni-channel orders are fulfilled daily
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and timekeeping
• Train onboarding and ongoing compliance for associates
• Control inventory and prevent loss; conduct regular counts
• Lead initiatives to meet sales, profit and shrink goals
