Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree in business/marketing/merchandising preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required; 3 years of retail sales/leadership preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and promptly assist guests.
• Support visual and operational store elements and current promotions.
• Process guest purchases, returns, and transactions accurately at POS.
• Promote GameStop guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop store associates.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance prior to shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage breaks to ensure guest service excellence.
• Approve payroll and manage time off, attendance, and accuracy of time data.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation per guidelines.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and manage inventory and stock movements.
• Lead the team to exceed sales, profit, and shrink goals.
