Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business/marketing/merchandising preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and train/develop store teams to meet targets.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote store promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized shopping environment and ensure visually appealing merchandising.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and accurate timekeeping for staff.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain high‑performing associates; ensure onboarding/training before shifts.
• Communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives and maintain policy compliance.
