Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/merchandising or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit supervision.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and respond to guest questions/concerns quickly and courteously.
• Support store environment, fellow associates, and promotional initiatives.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately using the POS system.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop associates.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll/timekeeping.
• Protect assets via inventory control and loss prevention.
