Job summary

Ōnin Group is seeking an Area Manager to oversee six branches across North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania, with a preferred home base in Frederick, MD, or nearby. You will lead branch leaders, drive sales and profitability, and shape the client and employee experience across the territory to deliver exceptional service and growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multi‑unit management, 2+ years in staffing and business development, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience.
• 2+ years in staffing/HR and sales/business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop A-players across multiple branches.
• Mentor and coach teams for growth and accountability.
