Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple staffing locations across a multistate territory, including Georgia and Florida. Based in Atlanta, GA, you will guide branch leaders, drive sales and profitability, and shape the client and employee experience across your territory.

You will lead with strategy, growth and operational excellence, impacting hundreds of lives in the communities we serve. Travel across assigned states is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience.
• 2+ years in staffing/HR and sales/business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch leaders, coach teams, and drive performance.
• Ensure policy, legal, and KPI compliance across branches.
• Analyze reports and use data to guide decisions and growth strategies.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
