Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience.
• 2+ years in staffing/HR and sales/business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to use data for growth strategies and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch leadership teams across GA and FL.
• Drive sales, profitability, and client satisfaction across the territory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws; manage budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements across branches.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to expand market share.
