Job summary

Elase in Draper, United States, is seeking a General Manager to lead a spa location with a focus on sales growth and delivering the highest level of service. This role drives operational excellence, team leadership, and guest experience across a high-performing team.

You will oversee daily operations, manage P&L, and collaborate with regional leaders to meet revenue targets while maintaining exceptional standards for client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, retail or spa industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing high performing teams.
• Demonstrated achievement in managing a P&L, exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Experience working with multi-units in the beauty and wellness space preferred.
• Experience working with, and managing, Medical Professionals preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems required.
• Fluent in computer and phone skills; MS Office Suite, HubSpot, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a (5+) person team with diverse backgrounds of sales and medical expertise.
• Train and develop your team to operate with the highest standards of operations and client service.
• Develop the team by hosting regular and effective 1:1 touch bases and continued training.
• Lead the team by actively being on the floor, engaging with employees and developing their sales and client engagement abilities.
• Identify high-potential team members and create an internal pipeline for advancement.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing and diverse team.
• Monitor spa goals including revenue, margins, provider sales, and client retention.
• Meet and exceed financial targets (sales and KPIs) set by leadership.
• Manage all aspects of the spa’s operations and ensure alignment with policies.
• Champion Elase’s core values and build relationships with clients and staff.
• Own inventory lifecycle and budgeting for supplies.
• Devise strategic plans by analyzing sales results to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, sales, operations to grow business.
• Address client feedback with leadership as necessary.
• Suggest improvements to processes and policies.
