Job summary

ElaseMed Spa is seeking a Director of Client Experience and Growth to lead the sales methodology and client experience across locations. This senior role combines retail operations with advanced sales coaching to elevate consultation and drive same-spa growth.

The position reports to the SVP of Operations, travels up to 50% of the schedule, and shapes the training framework for Providers, Client Coordinators, GMs and Area Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years creating and executing multi-unit sales strategies.
• Experience learning techniques for diverse trainees.
• Experience leading group training, role-play, and live demonstrations.
• 2+ years managing retail, office, or similar client-facing teams.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience tracking business metrics and sales trends.
• 1+ years in traveling operational roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales methodology across the client journey.
• Create training deliverables and SOPs for field distribution.
• Analyze performance metrics with the data team and propose growth solutions.
• Coach Providers on the selling conversation from discovery to follow-up.
• Coach Aestheticians on retail attachments and skin services.
• Drive cross-service referrals and build collaboration language.
• Develop General Managers and Client Coordinators as sales coaches.
• Teach and audit Elase SOPs and the Unforgettable Standard.
• Coach to KPIs like rebooking, conversion, and retention.
• Build scalable capability and maintain field sales toolkit.
• Partner with Area Managers, Marketing, HR, Data for location openings.
