Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa + Med Spa in Texas is seeking a Spa General Manager to lead a location with entrepreneurial spirit and guest-first service. You will own revenue growth, profitability, and daily operations while developing a high-performing team in a luxury wellness environment.

You will oversee Front Desk, service providers, and spa operations, drive KPIs like memberships, retail, and guest retention, and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail leadership.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving business performance.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage KPIs and P&L.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of spa revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Monitor KPIs including membership growth, retail sales, guest retention, and service utilization.
• Use financial insights and daily reporting to guide strategic business decisions.
• Manage budgets and optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with Med Spa leadership to expand aesthetics services.
