• Conduct outreach, recalls, and follow-ups to support retention and revenue growth.
• Present and recommend add-ons, treatment plans and retail products with confidence.
• Guide patients through financial options including memberships and payment plans.
• Maintain a positive first impression and strong patient relationships.
