7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations in the MD region. You will train Store Leaders, implement merchandising, and drive customer service excellence across multiple sites.

The program lasts about 12 months and offers hands-on operations experience, a company vehicle for business use, and clear paths for career growth within 2-5 years.

Competenze

• 4-year degree from an accredited college/university in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Staff, train, and supervise Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash/inventory.
• Promote excellent customer service and manage budgets.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
