Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills to interpret operating statements, budgets, and inventory data.

• Lead store teams by fostering Dollar General's mission and values.
• Ensure fair administration of HR policies and superior customer service.
• Drive area sales growth and efficient flow processes to meet targets.
• Utilize tools to optimize inventory presentation and store operations.

• Identify new business opportunities within the operational area.
