Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; big-box retail management and/or equivalent education considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead stores within the assigned area, with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.
• Drive area sales growth to meet targets through effective inventory and flow processes.
• Plan and execute company objectives and budgets.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees and maintain strong loss prevention.
