Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving operational excellence across guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Lead Team Members and Shift Managers to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
• Oversee scheduling, labor planning, and real-time staffing adjustments.
• Monitor guest feedback, coach staff, and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance at all times.
