Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations. This role focuses on operational excellence, strong team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple units.

Relocation to Corpus Christi, TX is required. Ideal candidate has 10+ years GM experience in high-volume settings and 5+ years as a Director overseeing 4+ entities with 75+ employees, plus strong P&L and cost-control background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• 5+ years as a Director overseeing at least 4 entities with 75+ employees total.
• Strong background in P&L management, cost controls, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor General Managers while ensuring adherence to company systems and policies.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards.
