Job summary

Confidential restaurant group seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily operations in Chandler and develop restaurant leaders for sustained performance. This on-site role requires regular time in restaurants, strong financial judgment, and a consistent coaching approach.

Lead teams to deliver excellent guest experiences, implement operating standards, and drive profitability across multiple locations. Relocate to Phoenix area if needed; travel between sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership
• Experience in high-volume environments (quick-service/fast-casual)
• Proven ability to develop managers and improve business results
• Strong P&L management, labor planning and cost-control skills
• Hands-on leadership style with clear communication and accountability
• Residence in or relocation to the Phoenix metropolitan area; ability to travel between sites

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple restaurants.
• Coach and develop General Managers and build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Improve financial performance through sales, labor, food cost, and expense management.
• Establish operating standards, review performance, and drive follow-through.
• Strengthen food quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Improve recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee retention.
• Identify opportunities to increase guest loyalty, sales, and profitability.
• Partner with leadership on operating priorities and business planning.
