Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a multi-unit manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, people development, and financial performance across locations.
• Partner with HR to oversee management hiring and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coach, career pathing, and development for restaurant leaders.
• Model the company mission and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage performance reviews, coaching, and adherence to training programs.
• Lead strategy and execution for new locations; ensure safety and compliance.
• Monitor guest feedback, social media, and take action to improve scores.
• Plan marketing events, catering growth, and delivery optimization.
