Job summary

Confidential restaurant group seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily operations in Chandler and develop restaurant leaders for sustained performance. This on-site role requires regular time in restaurants, strong financial judgment, and a consistent coaching approach.

Lead teams to deliver excellent guest experiences, implement operating standards, and drive profitability across multiple locations. Relocate to Phoenix area if needed; travel between sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership
• Experience in high-volume environments (quick-service/fast-casual)
• Proven ability to develop managers and improve business results
• Strong P&L management, labor planning and cost-control skills
• Hands-on leadership style with clear communication and accountability
• Residence in or relocation to the Phoenix metropolitan area; ability to travel between sites

This hands-on role requires regular time in restaurants, strong financial judgement, and a consistent approach to coaching and accountability.

The Opportunity

Lead restaurant teams in delivering excellent guest experiences and profitable operations. Establish clear expectations, support managers, and translate business priorities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple restaurants.

• A record of developing strong managers and improving business results.

• Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the Phoenix metropolitan area.
