Papa Johns is seeking a Director of Operations to lead several restaurants in Arizona. You will oversee General Managers, drive profitability, and ensure quality service while upholding company standards and culture.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, budgeting, local marketing, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the market. A strong background in multi-unit restaurant operations and people development is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive management experience required.
• Three years in multi-unit management preferred.
• Restaurant operations experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers across multiple Arizona restaurants to ensure performance.
• Drive profitability while maintaining product quality, customer service, and brand image.
• Recruit, coach and develop operations leaders; manage staffing and performance.
• Monitor budgets, sales, and marketing initiatives; adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards across all locations.
