Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurants running safely and reliably. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and restore equipment across HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen systems, and building components to support smooth operations.

You will handle service calls, manage work orders, and coordinate with leadership and external vendors while traveling to multiple locations within the assigned market.

Qualifications

• HVAC and refrigeration knowledge required.
• Experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work full-time, on-call rotation, and travel domestically.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage systems.
• Respond to service calls to restore equipment and facility functionality.
