Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager in Florida to lead and coordinate restaurant operations across assigned locations.

You will train and coach managers, develop staffing plans, drive sales goals using daily reports, and support local and national marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards of service. This leadership position requires hands-on involvement, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts and busy periods. Compensation is to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Experience: 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Physical: Ability to work in all restaurant areas and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Training shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence
• Developing and maintaining staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers
• Providing leadership to all managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards
• Champion staff in efforts to achieve sales goals with the use of provided reports
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives
