Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager in Florida to coordinate activities across assigned restaurants, train and coach managers, and set business goals for sustained growth. You will lead staffing, ensure compliance with operating standards, and drive sales using performance reports to identify opportunities.

In this role you’ll support local and national marketing initiatives and contribute hands-on career development for the team. Full-time/part-time shifts vary by location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of successful operational management in a restaurant environment.
• Physical: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Training shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Developing and maintaining staffing levels for all managers and assistants.
• Providing leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Champion staff to meet sales goals using reports to identify opportunities.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives.
