Job summary

Subway in Florida is seeking a seasoned Multi-Unit Manager to coordinate activities across assigned restaurants, train and coach managers, and set business goals. You will lead teams to uphold operating standards and drive performance.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). You will work across shifts, support local marketing, and help ensure outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Developing and maintaining staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers.
• Providing leadership to all managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Champion staff in efforts to achieve sales goals with reports highlighting opportunities.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives.
