Burger King is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop 8-10 restaurants, ensuring each location achieves profitability and guest satisfaction. The role requires coaching RGMs, managing budgets, implementing new initiatives, and maintaining high standards in food safety and service.

Travel across the market is expected to visit restaurants, conduct audits, and mentor managers to improve operations and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, guest service, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8-10 restaurant teams to meet Annual Operating Plan.
• Coach and develop RGMs, Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
• Monitor dashboards, plans to grow sales, and labor costs; adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure staffing, training, and systems compliance across all locations.
• Oversee budgets, product initiatives, and performance targets.
• Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement.
• Travel regularly to restaurants for audits and coaching.
