Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant operations management, drive-thru experience preferred.
• 2+ years managing multiple locations with P&L responsibility.
• Proficiency with BOH and POS systems preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching across staff levels.
• Ability to develop and implement effective training aligned with strategic goals.
• Advanced budgeting concepts and financial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets for the restaurants.
• Oversee and drive the four-wall EBITDA of the restaurants.
• Develop and implement strategies to bridge gaps between actual performance and company projections.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet brand standards for the assigned brand/market.
• Establish a comprehensive recruiting and training program for store managers.
• Prioritize store performance issues, addressing those that directly impact profitability first.
• Ensure immediate compliance with corporate policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Enforce adherence to all brand standards and procedures.
• Approve maintenance expenses for store managers.
• Coach and mentor store managers, providing guidance and support to drive success.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Facilitate the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and achieving continuous improvement.
