Baskin-Robbins franchise is seeking an HR-focused professional to manage recruiting, training, performance reviews, and development plans across a restaurant team. The role emphasizes maintaining a people-first culture, safety compliance, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading team meetings, tracking training progress, and collaborating with managers on budget, costs, and seasonal initiatives to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting, hiring, conducting performance reviews, development plans, and training.
• Create and maintain a people-first culture in the restaurant.
• Monitor training progress and ensure safety, food safety, and sanitization guidelines.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Lead meetings and communicate operations information like seasonal products.
• Identify cost-control measures and coach managers on costs and budgets.
• Support sales goals with action plans for seasonal forecasting.
