District Manager will lead General Managers and restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service, hit sales and profit goals, and uphold company values across North Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 2-Year Degree preferred
• Experience in leading multi-location restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service and hit sales and profit goals.
• Build a bench of top performers through training, development, and succession planning.
• Drive sales and profit by providing operational support and strategic planning across regions.
• Ensure staffing at all levels with trained teams and recruit for management vacancies.
• Conduct monthly business reviews focusing on P&L, dashboards, and KPIs to drive profitability.
• Provide situational leadership and maintain strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Oversee marketing plan execution and training for new product introductions.
• Audit inventory and ensure equipment maintained through approved vendors.
