Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure financial success while fostering a fun, high-energy culture. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 months of multi-unit management experience (fast food or casual dining preferred) or 12-18 months as Wingstop General Manager with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations including risk, talent, facilities, and financial acumen.
• Experience with profit & loss analysis, staffing, labor laws, food safety and health regulations.
• Experience with local store marketing and technology systems including Microsoft Office.

• Promote Wingstop culture and maintain a vibrant, positive environment.
• Support GMs to ensure on-time, high-quality guest experiences.
• Develop management teams and manage career growth and standards.

• Analyze and improve restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Drive sales through restaurant and brand marketing strategies.
• Oversee budget planning and financial performance to maximize profitability.
