Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple units within a state, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. You will supervise general managers, partner with the corporate office, and execute strategic plans to deliver strong guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial management, and talent development in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and results.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple units in a restaurant environment.
• Strong ability to lead, train and develop multi-unit management teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee management staff and develop top talent.
• Liaise between district units and corporate office to ensure strong communication.
• Focus on daily sales, marketing plans and unit operations including COGS, labor, and guest relations.
• Motivate teams and maximize sales and profits with excellent customer service.
• Supervise and develop General Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans and performance.
