Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant units within a state, leading management teams and driving sales performance. You will coordinate with the corporate office, optimize operations, manage costs, and develop General Managers to achieve outstanding guest service and financial results.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to train and motivate diverse teams to meet franchise standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-unit restaurants.
• Experience overseeing and supporting Restaurant Managers in a territory.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain high performing teams.
• Outstanding leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead restaurant managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Must manage a P&L and execute a sales plan.
• Available to work a 50-hour work week.
• Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management staff and develop top talent within restaurants.
• Serve as liaison between district units and corporate office.
• Focus on daily sales, marketing plans and unit operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.
• Motivate teams and manage guest relations and financials.
• Maximize sales and profits by delivering excellent customer service.
• Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans and development.
• Implement annual strategic plan for area restaurants.
• Conduct performance reviews; cash, sales and labor audits.
• Ensure franchise standards are enforced and met.
