Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations, labor laws, food safety, and local health regulations.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers and Assistant GMs to drive engagement and operational success.
• Promote Wingstop culture across locations.
• Support teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and efficiency.
• Train and develop management staff and set performance standards.
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with programs and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with support teams to implement improvements.
• Develop and execute business plans to boost restaurant performance and sales.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and EBITDAR improvements.
