Job summary

You will partner with General Managers to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, service, and compliance with OSHA and regulations while driving sales growth across your region.

You will oversee staff performance, coach managers, and recruit team members, ensuring consistent execution of Wingstop standards

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple restaurants with General Managers and staff to drive profitable operations.
• Provide counsel to establish business plans for restaurant profitability.
• Ensure profit through guidance on sales growth, pricing, and staffing costs.
• Train staff and participate in ongoing development programs.
• Coach store managers on discipline and staff development in one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, sanitation and staffing standards.
• Recruit restaurant staff and monitor performance issues.
• Aim for <2% variance between theoretical and actual COGS and labor.
