This role targets Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or senior multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and people development across Burger King and Arby’s locations.

Formación

• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required.
• Burger King and/or Arby’s experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages.
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talent.
• Experience building succession plans and leadership bench strength.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and General Managers.
