Job summary

Tria Company LLC in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader to join our leadership team. This role targets Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or senior multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and people development across Burger King and Arby’s locations.

You will lead and develop District Managers and General Managers, drive guest satisfaction and profitability, ensure brand standards and food

Qualifications

• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required.
• Burger King and/or Arby’s experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages.
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talent.
• Experience building succession plans and leadership bench strength.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
