Job summary

Bulldog Restaurants, LLC, a growing Burger King franchisee in the Montgomery market, is seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee five to six locations. Lead leadership development, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all sites.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and performance, conduct regular visits, ensure brand standards, and mentor General Managers to build a high-performing district team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Proven success overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ideally 4–10 units.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management.
• Quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience required; Burger King experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Communicates with professionalism, clarity, and composure at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coaching abilities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight across five to six Burger King locations.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Drive consistent execution in speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Ensure full compliance with Burger King brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across the district.
• Analyze P&Ls, labor reports, inventory, and KPIs to develop action plans.
• Manage district budgets and hold GMs accountable for financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve food cost control, labor efficiency, and overall profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing General Managers and restaurant management teams.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Identify and cultivate future leaders within the organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently achieved across all locations.
• Monitor guest feedback and lead corrective action planning when needed.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support food safety, workplace safety, loss prevention, and risk management initiatives.
• Execute company programs, promotions, and operational initiatives with excellence.
• Communicate organizational goals clearly and effectively to restaurant leadership teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve district and company objectives.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and special projects as needed.
