Job summary

The role emphasizes developing management talent, maintaining brand standards, and rolling out new programs while occasionally performing hands-on training as needed. Requires travel to stores and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Internal promotion preferred from RGM/MTM position.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics and management systems.
• Proficient in food safety procedures and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach RGMs and AGMs to meet targets and drive performance.
• Build management capability by hiring and orienting new managers.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and CHAMPS delivery in restaurants.
• Analyze area financial performance and drive sales and profitability.
• Travel to designated stores and collaborate with management teams.
