Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to supervise and lead multiple Taco Bell locations, ensuring each unit meets operating plans. You will recruit, coach, and develop RGMs and shift managers, driving performance and customer satisfaction.

You will travel between stores daily, analyze VOC and CORE data, and implement product and program rollouts to ensure success. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical decision-making are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful multi-unit management experience.
• Proven coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and supervision across multiple Taco Bell locations to meet operating plans.
• Hire, coach, and develop RGMs and shift managers.
• Coach RGMs on store performance and provide regular feedback in 1:1 sessions.
• Take initiative, exceed requirements, and maintain high activity levels.
• Analyze customer feedback and store performance to drive improvements.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs for success.
• Address customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive relations.
