Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of high-volume, multi-unit operational management experience, preferably in a Fortune 500 or similar environment.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor managerial employees, driving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of business math, accounting, and decision-making processes.
• Experience driving team engagement, operational excellence, and process improvement.
• Required driver’s license and willingness to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across 6-9 Taco Bell locations with a focus on profit and flow-through.
• Lead and mentor managers; participate in hiring, orientation, and training initiatives.
• Utilize reports to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, security and OSHA compliance across units.
• Monitor staffing levels and address employee relations proactively.
• Partner with managers on sales growth and budget control; oversee repairs and maintenance.
