Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of high-volume, multi-unit operational management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor managerial employees, driving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of business math, accounting, and decision-making processes.
• Experience driving team engagement, operational excellence, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6–9 Taco Bell locations, driving operational success across each unit.
• Partner with managers to meet and exceed profit and flow-through objectives.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure locations are fully staffed and adapt to seasonal fluctuations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives for managers.
• Maintain health, safety, security, and OSHA compliance across all units.
• Drive cost control, optimize labor and inventory costs, and manage P&L impacts.
