Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking an Area Coach to oversee 6-9 Taco Bell locations in the Midwest, driving operational excellence, coaching managers, and ensuring safety and compliance while pursuing year-over-year growth. You will lead hiring, staffing, training, and performance, and work to maintain a strong customer experience.

You will partner with district leadership to optimize labor and inventory costs, monitor P&L, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture across all units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of high-volume, multi-unit operational management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor managerial employees, driving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of business math, accounting, and decision-making processes.
• Experience driving team engagement, operational excellence, and process improvement.
• Required driver's license and willingness to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6-9 Taco Bell locations, driving operational excellence across each unit.
• Work alongside managers to meet and exceed profit and flow-thru objectives.
• Utilize reports to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, security, and OSHA compliance.
• Provide direction for operational procedures, driving consistency across all units.
• Develop and mentor managers at various levels, fostering development and excellence.
• Lead hiring, staffing, and orientation to maintain full coverage.
• Monitor staffing levels and address employee relations issues proactively.
• Partner with managers to drive sales and year-over-year improvements.
• Monitor P&L, budget control, and optimize labor and inventory costs.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance across the district.
