Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to lead 4-7 corporate locations with $10–12M+ annual sales. You will mentor Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure safety and policy compliance while fostering a strong team culture.

You’ll spend significant time on-site, coaching managers, analyzing reports, and implementing national training initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high-sales volume operational management experience in a Fortune 500 environment.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Proficient in business math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Restaurant General Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales goals, and meet profit targets.
• Work with managers to reach flow-thru objectives, use reports to spot opportunities, and enforce operational procedures.
• Coach and train managers at all levels, support national training initiatives, and oversee new employee orientation.
• Maintain and optimize management staffing levels, anticipate staffing needs based on sales/seasonal trends and participate in hiring and firing decisions.
• Uphold OSHA health and safety standards and company safety policies.
• Drive recognition and motivation across the market.
• Address ER issues proactively and assist as needed.
• Resolve chronic R&M issues, identify trends, and collaborate with R&M partners.
