Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for 5-8 Dunkin’ Donuts locations, visiting sites as needed.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop store-level managers and teams.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and procedures are consistently executed.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and implement action plans to improve profitability.
• Foster a people-first culture and deliver strong guest service.
