Dunkin/Baskin franchise is seeking a motivated Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple locations. You will guide teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain operations to brand standards, and drive profitable top-line sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include staff hiring/training, coaching, scheduling, and enforcing safety and quality standards, while achieving service goals and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Proven success in QSR management and multi-unit experience required.
• Drive-thru experience is essential.
• Must be fluent in English and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stores to deliver awesome guest experiences and maintain operational excellence.
• Hire, train and develop staff; communicate expectations and monitor performance.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, sanitation, and compliance across all locations.
• Drive profitability by controlling costs and executing promotions and new product rollouts.
