Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; national chain preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training and prior AGM/GM experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance, and human capital within the location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service and guest satisfaction; maintains company standards.
• Manages recruitment, training, evaluations, and succession planning for managers and staff.
• Maintains controls, budgets, inventories, and safety compliance; partners with AD to improve earnings.
• Develops a culture aligned with TSFR Roadmap and Core Values; drives community engagement.
