Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or related discipline.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and Hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains and enforces food safety, sanitation and training programs.
• Manages performance reviews, staffing, and development plans for the team.
• Ensures restaurant operates within budget and drives profitability.
• Develops goals and action plans aligned with the TSFR Roadmap.
